Submission Deadline Extension: Volume 4 Issue 2 and Ostry Prize

We recognize that this is an especially busy time of year. In order to give everyone an opportunity to submit to Volume 4 Issue 2 of the Review and the Ostry Prize, we have extended the deadline of both to Monday February 18, 2013.
