Research papers in Vol. 2 No. 1 explore the marginalization of low-skilled foreign workers, promotion of diversity in the Canadian Forces, the recent ‘coalition crisis,’ and Toronto’s Jarvis Street revitalization project. In addition, a policy recommendation calls for the improvement of quantitative performance measurement in Canadian national security policy.
